Big Ivy is a family-owned farm in Barnardsville, just outside Asheville, NC, specializing in pasture-raised meats rooted in regenerative farming practices. Every cut we sell is raised right here in the mountains of Western North Carolina—without shortcuts, without compromises, and always with care. This isn’t industrial agriculture. It’s a return to a time of tradition: honest meat, grown with respect for the animal, the land, and the people who do the work.
